    Magnetic plate separator seems like a feed pipe just adding a magnetic plate on one side or both sides by hinges and latches. This is designed for installation in angled line or we say slant line. Simply remove part of pipe and replacing with magnetic plate separator. All dry powder or granular materials can use this unit since there isn’t any impediment inside the housing. Magnetic plate separator is usually suitable for removal medium to fine contaminants. When product come into the pipe, it stream down to the plate magnet. The iron contaminants attracted by the magnetic field flux while products pass directly.
    Another design of magnetic chute is for vertical line, something like Hump magnet which requires sufficient height to install.

    The shell material: SS304, SS316,SS316L;
    Surface Finishing: either brushing or sand blasting
    The magnetic strength grade: 1500Gs, 4000Gs, 8000Gs,10000Gs;
    Working temperature grade <: 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200, 250, 300 degree Celsius;
    Various designs available: Magnetic Chute, Hump magnet, Deep reach magnet;
    Type of connection: Round or square flange is available to your existing production line
     
    The alternative standard design:
    Magnetic Chute
    Magnetic Chute includes the use of 2 Plate Magnets located on opposite sides of a vertical chute. As product is conveyed by gravity vertically, the tramp metal contaminants are captured by the opposing Plate Magnets. 
     
     
    Hump magnet
    Hump Magnets is designed for vertical pipeline. Generally consist of two Plate Magnets mounted in an offset housing and opposite sides. As product enters into housing it strikes directly on the face of the first Plate Magnet, and then travels through the offset angle of the housing and impacts directly on the second Plate Magnet. This provides dual separation results for high volume, poor flowing materials.
